Ms. Blanco is an experienced advocate and litigator. Her practice is focused on individual and class action employment law cases. She represents employees in matters involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other related matters. Ms. Blanco also represents consumers who are victims of unfair business practices.
Prior to joining Mahoney Law Group, Ms. Blanco was a public interest and civil rights attorney in the State of New York. She has advocated for the rights of low-income workers and the right to family integrity of low-income families. Ms. Blanco was also an advocate for economic and social justice, comprising of all the rights secured to all citizens under the Constitution, Federal, and state laws, regardless of race, religion, gender, age, or disability. Ms. Blanco joins Mahoney Law Group with these experiences and knowledge in mind, ready to serve the community and zealously represent clients.
Ms. Blanco is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and is awaiting to take the attorney oath for the State Bar of California to complete her admission.
