Atoy Wilson is an Associate of the Mahoney Law Group, APC. Mr. Wilson primarily focuses on labor and employment litigation, representing employees against employers in individual and class claims, including wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and workplace discrimination based on age, race, national origin, sex and disability.

Before joining the Mahoney Law Group, Mr. Wilson served as In-House counsel at a law firm where he represented physicians and surgery centers in personal injury cases.

Mr. Wilson is a graduate of Southwestern Law School. While in law school, Mr. Wilson was a member of Southwestern’s nationally renowned Trial Advocacy Honors Program, where he successfully competed in several trial competitions. Mr. Wilson received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Los Angeles, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Minor in Sociology.

Before beginning the practice of law, Mr. Wilson worked as a Judicial Assistant for Los Angeles Superior Court, where he was the Clerk of a high-volume general jurisdiction courtroom.

Mr. Wilson is licensed to practice in California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, South Bay Bar Association, and John M. Langston Bar Association.
